Our Founder
Growing up, I watched my family come together to cook, especially during the holidays. Those moments around the table, sharing delicious meals and laughter, sparked a passion in me—not just for cooking, but for creating dishes that bring people together and celebrate good times all year round.
I’ll never forget those early mornings in the kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients, hoping to create something new and exciting. My mom would often catch me in the act, and her encouragement taught me an important lesson: the key to great food is using only the best ingredients and seasonings.
Years later, after high school and college, that same passion and commitment to quality stayed with me. It became the foundation of my mission: to create prepared foods that are not only delicious but also made with the finest, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. This vision led to the launch of JB’s Organic Foods, a brand dedicated to bringing people wholesome, flavorful meals they can feel good about sharing with their loved ones.
